1.   Mandatory Bar Dues

 

2.   Malpractice insurance for attorneys and paralegals.

 

3.   Parking or bus pass each month (Tucson Only)

 

4.   Sick Leave

      One day of paid sick leave each month for an annual total of twelve day (up

      to five days of sick leave can be converted to annual leave each year).

 

5.   Annual Leave

      An employee accrues annual leave at the rate of one(1) day for each full

      month of service, i.e., a total of twelve (12) days per year, for the first three

      (3) years of employment.

 

      An employee accrues annual leave at the rate of one and one-fourth (1 1/4)

      days for each full month of service, i.e. a total of fifteen (15) work days per

      year beginning the fourth year through the fifth year.

 

      An employee accrues annual leave at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) days

      for each full month of service, i.e., a total of (18) work days per year

      beginning the sixth year of employment.

 

      An employee will accrue annual leave at the rate of two (2)days for each full

      month of service, i.e., a total of twenty-four (24) work days per year beginning

      the sixteenth year of employment.

 

6.   $25,000 term life insurance

 

7.   Health insurance coverage available

      Dental available, employee paid

      United Health Care an H.M.O. covering most medical services @ $10.00 per

      visit, $10.00/$25.00 per prescription - SALA covers employee at single 

      premium rate; subsidy available for dependent coverage for single wage

      earner families.

 

8.   Long and Short Term Disability Insurance

 

9.   Automatic deposit on payroll available.

 

10.  Credit union membership available (Pima Federal Credit Union First

       Federal Credit Union - Statewide).
